Day off?...not so much.
I always mean to take a day off. Where Etsy emails don't get answered, the shop doesn't get rearranged. Never happens. Here's me yesterday in the little vintage room, and yes I do my shipping on the guest bed! it is the largest flat surface in our place (apart from our bed which just seems wrong), it is often covered with clothes but when I have orders (bless them) it becomes my shipping station. Next weekend is a real 2 days off as the boy and I head away for our 1 year anniversary! no emails! why is that so hard?
*ps the rolling pin is what I hammer nails in with....

I can so relate to this! Well, not the rolling pin hammer so much--but the "can't stop working" part. It's annoying. Good for you that you're taking a weekend off, and a very happy anniversary to you and the boy!
ReplyDeleteYour shipping space may be a little unorthodox, but it sure is pretty!
Such a wonderful room! And your top is so cute !
ReplyDeleteLove getting a behind-the-scenes of other vintage sellers. You look much more organised than me! And I know just what you mean about giving yourself a day off, I never seem able to do it.

Wow! It's been one year already?! It doesn't seem that long ago I was "oohing" over your wedding dress. Congrats on your anniversary and enjoy your weekend away. Put away the iPhone and resist the urge to answer those emails! :)
