I think way back I posted pictures of Evil Under the Sun, but you know I just love it....classic Maggie Smith, wonderful costumes and a Poirot mystery....oh and a pretty fabulous setting! If you haven't seen it and you love a good mystery, Ms Maggie and 30s styling....do it! 

mexico on my mind....

Can you tell I am anxious to get to Mexico? just over a week away now....see below for where I shall be dining and swimming for 5 days! This Mexican tunic is about the only thing I am wearing while working from home, no waistband and still a little room for my belly expansion....I like how this teeny baby is being framed by the embroidery, pretty sure in another month I won't fit this, guess I'll buy a larger one in Mexico! now back to work until then.....

Road Trip!

Love a road trip (upstate NY, so beautiful!)....even if it's just for one night! Two good friends, plenty of antique spots, a cabin....pub food and a tiny flea market which yielded some fabulous costume jewelry finds. The only downer was the dress form I had saved my pennies to purchase had been sold when I got there...after more than a year of sitting there! timing huh.
