Bright Moon Jack Mulqueen dress / 1970s / Wounded Birds

Fabulous bright moon print "Silksational" dress by Jack Mulqueen. Feels exactly like silk but is a poly fabric. Nice disguise! GREAT print & colors. Shirtwaist bodice, necktie can be worn like a scarf, in a bow or loose. Great dress for working 9-5...;)

condition: very good, needs new elastic (easily added) but works fine with the tie. Priced accordingly.
